Not sure what the hell Hemphill was thinking there. Lol

The crash was caused by Ryan Hemphill (another driver I thought would be a Cup star) driving onto the apron under Hmiel. Shane was focused on his drag race with Venturini, and he touched with Hemphill trying to come to the bottom to inch ahead of Billy.
But this is ARCA (Always Ready to Crash Association?); it's where a young driver learns what moves he or she can or can't make.

I wouldn't call him an idiot that was just HARD racing. Shane Hmiel was a DAMN good driver before he got all stupid on drugs. He was like Kyle Busch is today except for the crying and whining part.
