Mubashir is an MQM stooge. In the infamous speech of Altaf in London where he owned up to politics of body-bags (bori-bandd laashein), this son of a bitch Luqman (well, literally as his mother was a call girl - people in media are aware of that) was sitting in the front row and could be seen grinning and clapping when Altaf amazingly acknowledged that he orders cold killings and bodybags!
