@sandkitten because phoenix being a city 40% hispanic also has a population that speaks spanish, that i believe that official gov't business should be in english just because it will saves us money yes, but this is a free country. Its great to see all races of people from all walks of life being able to speak freely, Try doing that in any other country and see what happens. Both my Grandparents are imagrants from Ireland and Germany.
