I've been celibate now for...gasp!..3 years..! yeah its been hard but you'd be surprised how much you learn to love yourself. Self-improvement becomes key. Celibacy is also a great way to filter out the jerks. The minute you let them know you're celibate they head for the nearest exit. I couldn't agree more with your advice. If you give it up to a man and then he loses respect, he never respected you in the first place. You should have never gave him the time of day in the first place. I give women the tools to stay away from these type of men.
