Absolutely the most exciting thing about this product is the A4. Most believe that it is an ARM Cortex-A9 integrated with an PowerVR SGX GPU. I would venture to say that it is not. It is an improvement on the PA Semi PWRFicient ISA. This chip technology will scale into all of their MacBooks. Apple is going back to PowerPC. Jony Ives said it at the end of the product video, "In MANY ways, the iPad represents our vision for the future".

I fully agree with you. I think the media tech people dont get how the ipad is amazing for people who want an amazing web experience on there couch/walking around the house, who dont have the eyes or want a bigger screen then the ipod touch

Apple did not let us down, the media let us down. Also, why wou;d you need flash on the ipad. It hocks resource, battery and user experience. html5 is coming. we don't need flash on ipad. why do you want to play flash game on a ipad? its gonna sucks. flash is just a mess of codes. also, why need multitasking. you're gonna be playing games and browsing the webs. hack no. apple didn't want to leave multitasking out because they wanted to. They have reasons. i'm happy about about the ipad.
