Deforestation

Deforestation is a problem world over. Trees are mercilessly cut for fuel, as a raw material for buildings etc. Pakistan does not have a huge forest cover but the little we have is getting destroyed day by day.....Important thing about Pakistani forests is that though we do not have much cover but do have some very important forests here .....like the Mangroves in Sindh and Pine forest of northern areas....but these too are not safe and being continuously destroyed by ppl around while concerned authorities are not paying proper attention neither to save these nor to spread awareness regarding their value in maintaining a balanced ecosystem and pure environment...
