Kaliber and LIl' Miss fight distemper. While Lil Miss did not make it, her brother, Kaliber has been treated using the Newcastle Disease Vaccine and is making a recovery.

I'm currently in Cambodia and the Vet's conditions are much more poor here... our puppy went to the doctors and they said it's distemper.. but some of us wonder if it is rabies... there are many dogs around our place that come into our place 24/7 and "happy" our dog suddenly showed symptoms yesterday. His tail was between his legs, was scared of water even though he seems very thirsty. he doesn't eat food, sometimes has white slobbers, twitches a lot, red eyes, and can't seem to control his neck

I don't know the history of what happened before these puppies got sick, but obviously the vaccination didn't happen or it happened too late. But you should really watch the end of this video. Although Lil Miss doesn't make it, Kaliber is saved and he looks wonderful.
