How to catch Spanish (King) Mackerel IGFA Approved Rig Wolf Herring

Here's another way to rig wolf herring for Spanish Mackerel. Nice and easy, but with only two hooks and IGFA approved for record attempts. Watch closely and heaps of good info from Brett atfield, a gun mackerel fisherman from Mackay's Game fishing club. Definately good info, on rigging wolf herring and gar (ballyhoo).
