Oh, and also, maybe a bit of chicken stock or some other liquid to make the food seem more moisturizing ?

I have a question. Instead of using Broccoli Rabe, can I replace it with Tomatoes and Amaranth :x ?
I can't find Broccoli Rabe or at least, I don't know how to find one.
I'm also considering other greeneries such as carrots and mushroom or maybe even beans ?
Will it in anyway, kill the food's taste ?

I've been looking for a simple brocolli rabe recipe to try. glad i came across you. and i love the way you present everything- the wine pairing with every dish is excellent. Subscribing now!
ps. enviable locs you got there :)

I do not dispute the recipe ... But maybe it's better that you put the pasta in boiling salted water for last thing, otherwise you will have glue, not pasta

Looks yummy Heather.

Great dish , and it sounds like she likes pork... She's hot.....

@jms5353 - Good for you. The dish remains as bland as tuna and mayo on Wonder bread notwithstanding.
No balsamic vinegar???
No garlic???
No roasted peppers???
That dish is too bland for me. That recipe must be for (non-Italian) white folks.

she does add garlic. and mentions you can deglaze with balsamic vinegar. i dont think roasted peppers would be a good texture in this dish.
