  • No balsamic vinegar???

    No garlic???

    No roasted peppers???

    That dish is too bland for me. That recipe must be for (non-Italian) white folks.

  • she does add garlic. and mentions you can deglaze with balsamic vinegar. i dont think roasted peppers would be a good texture in this dish.

    I have a question. Instead of using Broccoli Rabe, can I replace it with Tomatoes and Amaranth :x ?

    I can't find Broccoli Rabe or at least, I don't know how to find one.

    I'm also considering other greeneries such as carrots and mushroom or maybe even beans ?

    Will it in anyway, kill the food's taste ?

  • I do not dispute the recipe ... But maybe it's better that you put the pasta in boiling salted water for last thing, otherwise you will have glue, not pasta
