Still a little bit sick with a cold, I ran a few times since last week but the cold air was bothering me a bit. I ran inside my school on the track and it was better. Weighed in at 183lb for a 2lb lost from last weeks 185lb.

  • Wow...running with a cold might not be the best idea but its hard trying to exercise when being sick. You'll recover soon and knock the next two weeks out of the park.

  • ok, I am a mom, again!! you sound like you are wheezing a bit, stop running until your lungs are fully clear....I would hate to see you come down with the flu and or pneumonia, this is going to be a really bad season, and for us that are "dieting" and exercising we need to be extra careful, I am taking supplements to help support my immune system, because at any age, that flu can strike. Take care, congrats on the pounds lost...but please listen to your body.
