We should feel thankful we grew up in a time where Music was incredible, There was no "Political correctness", and times were good for the U.S. dollar. I heard the quote recently that America bought in the 80s and paid it off in the 90s. :) I do miss this music though. So many different sounds. There will never be a more diverse time in music. If you think about it, It was the dawn of the computer. So it was the birth of many sounds. I feel fortunate to have grown up then.

damn how i miss the 80's. back when lyrics had meaning and was positive. today's music is all washed up and just plain sad. i luv this band so much. definitely one of my all-time favorites.

Maybe it's just me, but I think The Outfield is really underrated. I have asked so many people that claim they are 80's fanatics if they like this band. Not one of them had heard of them before. It's sad. They are a great band, and one of my favorite 80's bands.

I grew up in the 80's and hated alot of these types of bands, because i was a hair band person like Ratt, Dokken, Triumph and so on. But I listen to this stuff more and more now and love it! Pretty much all I listen to and have down leaded many from Itunes.

@stoopidmonkeyful ME TOO!!! He is amazing! I am like hypnotized by him in this video. He's all serious and into it.. ahhh I just love it!

@Maxx61 Amen to that bro. Me too. But all I ever settled for is that we're born to live and then to die, and... we got to do it alone, each in his own way. And I guess that's why we got to love those people who deserve it like there's no tomorrow. 'Cause when you get right down to it - there isn't.
The 80s had the best music hands down. I listen to all alternative artists of today, plus Techno music. But the 80s still rule, as the range of music was so darn wide. There was so many kinds of music popular, everyone had an option. Today it is pretty specific and cookie-cutter, which is sad.

I think the best part of the video are the scenes with the older lady looking out her screen door, makes me think of all the older people who are home alone...
