Makana whisks your mind and spirit to the falls of Nu'uanu valley... In this song written in 1978 by: Jay Kauka. With its haunting melody and poetic lyrics... A tribute to Jay's father and his words for his son... "Look to the waterfall and know that it will ALWAYS be there". "Everflowing, Unlocked, Like love pouring from an eternally open heart".

  • he is good

  • this man is into his music--wwooowww

  • Beautiful

  • I love his music, he is truly a master. On the other hand though you could not pay me enough to be his guitar tech / sound guy.

  • "look at the waterfall and know that it will always be there" is quite funny. It would be like saying look at the sun and know it will be always there

it's true and false at the same time

Could be the reason for which is wise

  • How do you know that about the composer of the song? It is the truth just most people do know it...

  • This I am sure has escalated tourisim to Hawai'i. This is spectacular.

    Mahalo - Makana
