Obama will be held accountable in 2012, while the democrats in congress will be held accountable in 2010. However, if the American people were smart, they would work at the State level to change their primary system to something like Washington State has where they could hold them accountable at the primary.
All States except Washington have a rigged primary system that is controlled by the two parties, and until this is changed by the people, there will be no real change in congress.
