Description: Follows the plot of the movie. For those not familiar with the film, Will Shakespeare is looking for inspiration. Spurned by his lover, he fears the worst: No play and no lead! Then, in walks Thomas Kent (aka Viola). Women were not allowed to act on stage during that time, so Viola auditioned in disguise. She was offered the role of Romeo with no one knowing her true gender (including Shakespeare). Will and Viola meet and fall in love and soon after, Will learns of Viola's other identity. They carry on their romance in secret, and things get complicated when Viola becomes engaged to another. Viola marries Lord Wessex and leaves London, but not before acting alongside Will in the premiere of Romeo and Juliet, the play inspired by their affair. Will doesn't plan to let her go, as Viola becomes the inspiration for his other works. (I think this may be the longest description I've ever written! I hope the video is easier to follow than my description is!)

I do hope it will live up to your wonderful expectations. I'm also working on a Richard/Kahlan requested vid and a Morgana-centric video. Now, if only I could finish those in one night!

Really, really lovely. I liked how you used the clips pretty much chronologically but told the story in your own way.

Aww Lori. I had to rewatch this...and then I went and bought the movie so I could watch it haha. I adore this movie to pieces, and this song is so perfect. You did a really good job showing how she was his inspiration for Romeo and Juliet with all of the overlays with the pages. It's a beautiful video, and it even inspired me to start my own Shakespeare in Love video.
