WE are NOT a Christian Country, this country was founded by DIESTS who understood religion is bad when mixed with government. Freedom of religion DOES include freedom from religion and Separation of CHURCH AND STATE is an important founding principle of this country. Under GOD was put in the pledge in 1950's and it is UNCONSTITUTIONAL. All the rest is banal diatribe.

none of these people knew "Under God" was added to the Pledge in 1954 in an attempt to be anti-communist. Even with that Under God doesn't specify under any particular religion's god. The surplus of ignorance from a supposedly educated panel is frightening. I guess I should be that surprised given all the biased opinionated crap that somehow is called "news" these days from all major media outlets. Ugh
