Makvala Kasrashvili ?? What an exotic name! No one's heard of her! But she is marvelous as Donna Ana. This is exactly as I like my Donna Anna to be - dramatic. She has this big moment here and she cannot be light and airy, she needs to be very strong in her account of the rape. She's a drama queen pure and simple and I love that this soprano moves around and uses her hands for dramatic effect. Quite talented as an actress and singer!
