When he was a child ,and his mother allowed him to be adopted.His mother was acting as his agent. I realize this the question is not whether he renounced his citizenship. When he was born in Hawaii supposedly his father was a British subject. The Laws in place then automatically made Barry AKA Obama a Dual National. Hence not a Natural Born Individual. So if his father was British and according to the Law on the books in that time , Barry's Citizenship followed his Father. So that would make him a Dual National,Hmm I wonder what that means. Not at all. $650 million buys a lot. Obama hasn't even been sworn in yet and he's already destroyed public financing of campaigns.
