Verizon service in the UK was terrible!! Never received most calls, dropped the ones I did get, and even the local calls were messed up. I could dial out with no difficulty though.

Verizon abroad service is awful! It did not work at all through my entire trip abroad. Service was dead and useless. I asked my friend in US to contact them on my behalf but Verizon customer service and support could not find and fix the problem. I followed locals’ advice and bought cheap $10 phone from local shop and $15 card and was connected to the world again. Stay away from this so called Verizon Global "service" and save yourself time and aggravation.

there are only 196 countries in the world, not "over 200." what other mistakes are in this video?

my iPhone didnt work in France and Germany, but the wifi worked great. just use a smart phone and free text/chat service over wifi. dont pay more for the service!

Just wish It didint cost so much to make calls even to another country. In europe u can call any country unlimited for free. Here that cost 500 a month for like 1,000 minutes.
That is what phone companies need to work on. Making it cheaper. Unless your Bill Gates ...then you won't have a problem.
