BALKAN BEAT BOX is one of the most explosive groups right now, both on stage and through its music, which is ebullient, irresistible and absolutely original. It's atypical rock, crossbred, eclectic and transcultural, incorporating Balkan brass, dub and reggae rhythms, Gnawa trance music, Bulgarian polyphony, Latin and Middle Eastern sounds, all of it mixed with hip-hop and seasoned with political messages, particularly in favour of peace, friendship and understanding between the Israeli and Arab peoples. BALKAN BEAT BOX offers music that is always inspired, taking us on a trip through different continents and cultures, breaking codes and conventions and doing away with borders, in order to promote the fusion of rhythms, the blending of sounds, senses and emotions... A mind-blowing concert!

Un rock atypique, métissé, éclectique et transculturel intégrant les cuivres balkaniques, les rythmiques du dub, du reggae, les transes gnawa, les polyphonies bulgares, les sonorités latines et orientales, le tout mâtiné de hip-hop et saupoudré de messages politiques, notamment pour la paix, l'amitié et l'entente entre peuples israélien et arabe. Balkan Beat Box propose une musique toujours inspirée nous baladant à travers les continents et les cultures, brisant les codes, les convenances et abolissant les frontières, pour privilégier la fusion des rythmes, le brassage des sons, des sens et des émotions... Balkan Beat Box is een van de meest explosieve bands van dit moment, zowel in zijn optredens als door zijn felle, onweerstaanbare en volstrekt originele muziek. Een bijzondere rock, die een mengvorm is van veelsoortige culturele invloeden en die blaasmuziek uit de Balkan samenvoegt met het ritme van dub, reggae, opzwepende gnawa, Bulgaarse polyfonie, mediterrane en oosterse invloeden en dat alles doorspekt met hiphop en gekruid met politieke boodschappen van vrede, vriendschap en wederzijds begrip tussen het Israëlische volk en zijn Arabische buren. Balkan Beat Box brengt een altijd uitbundige muziek die ons meevoert naar andere continententen en culturen, die conventies doorbreekt en grenzen neerhaalt ten gunste van de versmelting van ritmes, vermenging van klanken, gewaarwordingen en emoties... Een sensationeel concert!
