The End Of Lateralus - Ticks & Leaches

This is a discovery I made about 4 months ago or so. After comparing the themes between Tool's "Lateralus" and the anime masterpiece "The End Of Evangelion" I had the crazy idea of trying to synch the two. Well, it worked. This is just a part of the madness that is "The End Of Lateralus."

For those of you wishing to try this with the full film and CD, simply start both the movie and the CD at the same time. You'll know you've done it correctly if the rhythm on "The Grudge" begins when the person opens their eyes at the beginning of the film (live action sequence).

@Svartljus Umm... By "many years" do you mean prior to January 2006, when I posted this video? Or maybe late 2005, when I first DISCOVERED the sync? That was from The End Evanglion, the second movie. The first movie is Death & Rebirth, which is a recap of the series and approximately 1/4th of The End Of Evanglion (oddly enough). The End Of Evangelion is definitely recommended.
