Hey everyone, my name is Mark. I'm 27 years old, from the UK and I have social phobia otherwise known as Social Anxiety Disorder. SAD is a fear of social situations and centres around the paranoid belief that people are being judgemental or overly critical of us. This makes the sufferer hermit like and stops them from living a normal happy lifestyle because they are constantly afraid that their actions may in some way embarrass them or cause them severe humiliation.

  • I feel even worse watching videos like this because everyone that has it is really good looking and I feel like I'm the only bad looking social phobic.

Aww dont say that. I think pretty much everyone with social phobia feels like that about themselves and it's never true. When my SA was at it's worst, during my teens, I was convinced that I was utterly repulsive and some days I couldnt even look myself in the mirror. But - it - is - not - true - naughty - naughty - slap - your - wrists.

  • im a good looking SAD, its weird, women try to talk to me all the time but i just end up creeping them out.

  • i have SAD too.

  • Let me guess, your symptoms started few months up to a year after receiving vaccine or injection. Mercury and aluminum in vaccines overcharge amygdala in brain, which is for primal anxiety. Liver is for eliminating the poison, but our body needs to be alkaline. Lot of fresh vegetables, mix everything. No processed salt, just natural sea salt. It does work, but slow in my case as my liver seems to be damaged from poison and medications, I drank some crap for stomach and some sedatives too.

  • Yes I experience the feeling of wanting to disappear and it's horrible. I wish I knew a friend who had Social anxiety then together we could work together you know. But I have friends who don't have this problem :/ There all really sociable.

  • I totally get what you mean about the mouth quivering thing! It happens to me as well.. It happened the other day on the bus :/

  • you're hot.

  • omg, you're soooo incredibly good-looking. i wish i looked like you!

  • I think you should join a website lik Mapofmates. com. We are not alone :D
