This should be called Next Level Tennis. WOW!! I have not hit a correct forehand ever, wrist pain, etc. I day on the court with the cocked wrist and follow through, no more pain and more control Now just need to work on the rest to have better preparation and timing. I am sold!!!!

I gave up playing tennis 12 years ago, largely through frustration at having an unreliable forehand which was spoiling my enjoyment of the game. I started playing again in April, and my forehand has now become a reliable weapon. I am now hitting further in front of me with the wrist cocked, and everything else has fallen into place. No more running round my forehand !! Thanks again and keep up the good work.
