as long as the pushchair is put up correctly with the locks pushed right down they are safe i see so many people who don't put the secondry lock down and then use the buggy like it and when you are folding or unfolding the buggy if the child gets too close to the pushchair then you stop unless you are some sort of idiot

That's true! I think that as parents its very important to teach our kids what things they can do and what things they cant, not only when travelling or using the baby stroll but in general terms. Even if there are certain details in baby strolls that are not completely safe, its very easy as a parent to tell our kid how to take care of themselves.
