I love how people have to hate on A7X just because it isn't their kind of music. Pantera is obviously awesome and brutal as shit and just because A7X did something similar to suicide note pt. 1 and 2 doesn't mean they're shit. They were clearly inspired by Pantera themselves. Its good to see that Pantera was able to inspire bands to take metal in different directions just like they did back in the 90s.

@melvins508 Heavy isn't about how loud or brutal the band sounds. It's about how hard the music hits you. Pantera's up there, but heavy's a subjective thing.

@melvins508 I love Pantera to the end of the Earth but calling them the heaviest ever is a little off... Heaviest of their time is at least arguable. Ever is a bit silly. There are plenty of bands that are heavier, while not necessarily better.
