Penang Dog Agility Competition

Today I went to see a dog agility competition with Joseph and my wife. The competition and training was organized by Penang Agility Dog Association and is a non-profit organization founded in 2001. There was a SPCA Penang booth and Joseph was helping out since he is a full time volunteer at the shelter.

Most dogs were pedigree and I am not sure about how they train the doggie. Not many people turned up and according to Kogi(SPCA Penang worker), yesterday was a busy day instead. Not everyone is a great handler, not everydog is a great athelete, agility for most is about having fun with your dog, and you guys look like you are having great fun, stick with it and enjoy yourselves.

These dogs look like they need some other kind of training to get them more interested in what they are doing or else agaility is just not for them! Cool video though :)

the dogs aren't very good at agility but still cute. =)

I was lauphing so hard when the 1st dog started aww it was soo cute! LOl my dog would be bad at that she can only show jump but rather then that thats it. shes afraid of the dark so no tubes.
