if you dont extend your arms all the way down you can permanently damage your arms because you wont be able to fully extend them

this is awesome great buddy dude and i think that if u put ur arms against ur body, against ur ribs the excercise will be much harder and efficient

Great but its not 100 lbs, its 90 lbs . I have barbells like that in my gym. The bar is 10 lbs + 8 plates of 10lbs = 90lbs.

Good form man I just started curling 100lbs about two weeks ago but I have only been working out for about two months but Im 6'1 and about 212lbs so I don't know if this is good for me or not
