I do. I recognize the need for posting limits but far too often I am 50 or more characters short of the limit and minimal lines and it will not post. Some people seem to be able to post at will. I could never keep up.

The limit is 500 characters, not 500 words. There is also a maximum number of lines permitted which is not mentioned when you exceed it, as well as an 'invalid character' trap when you copy and paste text from an existing comment.

I recommend you get in the habit of copying your comments before posting, or writing them in a text document and then pasting them into the comments field.
