20 gallon freshwater

my 20 gallon freshwater, BIO-Wheel Penguin 200 filter, 125w Ebo Jager aquarium heater, Fugu Puffers (2x), Tiger Barbs (3x), Green Tiger Barbs (2x), and a Chili Crab (1x). after i get a couple more caves/rocks/hiding spots ill drop in the Tiger Crayfish.

Fugu get huge. If you still have them they cant be in this tank.

how did you set up your penguin 200? i just bought one and im having trouble with it. its on but the water is not filtering. also, did yours come with a filter propeller wheel and housing that you can take out?

@b0bsyoruncle let me know if that's not the case. if possible make a video and show me whats wrong with it i'll try to figure it out. show me the peices and when you put them together and all.
