Gabon: government denies reports of Omar Bongo's death

IN THE FIELD: The Gabonese government spokesman, Raphael NToutoume, categorically denied French media reports of President Omar Bongo's death. Bongo, 73, was undergoing treatment at a Barcelona hospital.
