  • Does anyone know the order of these videos?

  • @crackerass01 that would definately happen at any of my schools...if a kid is aiming to disrupt, standing next to them may add fuel to the fire, and you may find yourself the but of jokes.

  • I am not a teacher, but I have used that same method in the lunch room at the school I work at. I stand or even sit near a student who is acting up. It works 90 percent of the time.

  • I like these tips, I have noticed that many teachers forget that proximity is an important tool in the teacher's bag of tricks.

  • ya? with a sn like crackerass01 where do u teach?

  • It's a good idea, but students who were focused on you may become distracted by focusing on the disruptive students as you stand next to them. What I mean is that you're giving more attention to the disruptive behaviour. This would definitely happen where I teach.

  • thank you, it's really a good way that I have totally forgotten about, I'll consider this of course
