The originators of the Las Vegas lounge scene perform three great songs. The guitar she is playing is the very first Stratocaster to come out of the Fender custom shop!

She was awesome! If that strat would have been plugged in they would have had to use 100 ft. of cord! Also note the lucky rabbits foot hooked where her bottom strap would have been on the strat.

talk about Retro.. that strat is probably worth a million bucks by now.

What a talent! And she's playing what would become known as the Mary Kaye Stratocaster. That must be the movie Cha Cha Boom that shows her playing it, she often favored D'Angelico hollow bodies and would not own a Srat for some years, Fender did a promo ad with her Trio sending over an Ash bodied blond Strat with gold hardware. The name Mary Kaye Stratocaster stuck due to the ad. She will be missed.
