1) QB Bradford should be blamed - eyes the WR Johnson (who beats the CB Haden; he made a 1st down catch on the previous play) the whole time and then "lofts" the pass... FS Wright had time to eat a hot dog and get an INT. 2) A year later and the HIT is a penalty (defenseless WR with upper torso contact - see Rose Bowl USC FS Taylor Mays vs PSU). 3) Even if it would've been a penalty, Johnson didn't do anything the rest of the game... tactically worth the gamble. 4) Next play was a 1st down

I like that kind of physical play, but that was obvious pass interference. I'm a Sooner fan, but almost everyone can agree that there should have been a penalty on this play.
