Here's a little storyline:

After the scenes with Beckett, Lizzie asks Jack if what Beckett said is true and Jack sais no but he lies. Then Lizzie goes back to home but during the trip, her ship is attacked by pirates and she dies. When Jack knows that he goes mad for not telling her the truth. Will discovers everything and realizes he loves Elizabeth.
Then I think it's pretty self explanatory, but ask for doubts :)

I don't know what happened in the first scenes, sorry :(
