I have a BIG PROBLEM!!! fourth motor doesn't start !!!

I have a problem with fourth motor, doesn't START...
I make the initial setup:
Initialize EEPROM OK.
Calibrate Transmiter OK.
Calibrate ESC with Configurater or RX. OK
Calibrate Sensor OK
But when i start quadrotor, the fourth motor doesn't start....
i change the pin in aeroquad pde 6 witch 32 and no change...
i connect the ground esc and 6 manualy and same result... My 6 pin when mega is working i tested, but i thing that the mega doesn't send PWM signal for motor...
