"Grace is a young but overweight mortuary cosmetician whose upbeat outlook on life is undermined by her critical family and humorless girlfriends. Her life takes an unexpected turn when she spies a handsome subway motorman on her way to work. It's love at first sight-at least for Grace. She sets out to win him at any cost, ignoring that he's already engaged to someone else."

this is such a touchy movie, but a good one...i wish this would happen more, for this fucked up society with skinny girls

this girl is a psycopath! seriously: first she stalks a guy she knows nothing about, even though he is ENGAGED, memorizes his work schedule and spies on him with binoculars. she's crazy!!
and then she dates him, knowing that he is engaged!!
and the guy is an idiot. a random woman comes up to him and knows alot of details about his life and he doesn´t suspect anything?
that being said this movie is hilarious xD but the characters are really unlikable.

Does anyone know if this movie is available on DVD? I know it was a made for tv movie back in the day...but wishful thinking. I absolutely love this movie and I've been watching it over and over since I found it on here. I remember when it came on tv years ago...I thought I would never see it again. Thanks for posting this!!!!

This is a most delightful and fun movie. Ricki Lake had a nice face and a big heart to match. This movie teaches a lesson about how anybody can find love, no matter the size of the person. The size of the heart matters the most!
