  • Mr. Bell, your Revisions & Self-Editing Book has been THE BEST writing resource I have come across. I saw it in Randy Ingermanson's ezine and it has been a lifesaver over the past few months. I have a writing partner and every time either of us get stuck we say, "What did JSB say?" I have read so many writing books that never seemed to help and I pull this one out constantly. Thanks so much!

  • Talk about obsessing with what you're writing. I'll tell you what obsessing is: I think about the characters in the book i'm readying (esp if it's a good one, lile one of yours!!) and I wonder what the characters are doing while I'm busy working or doing something else (keeping me from reading). That's obsessing.
