2005 Manhatten Cross Country Race

this has to be the worst course when muddy, I slipped going down the final hill, and got boold all over my uniform.

the Manhattan invite is 1.5 for frosh and 2.5 for jv and varsity.

no way that was a 5K or 3 mile race. how far was it? the best time was nearly my best 2 mile time of 12:40. i gonna guess 2.2-2.5 miles. normally in a varsity CC race the best 2 mile is 10 something (in the races i ran at least with best 5K being 16:10)
