Thank you so much. My hubby just got the tag off my shirt for me. Kmart had forgotten to take the tag off and I had purchased it about a year ago and had no idea where the receipt was.  Thanks to you I now get to wear my shirt and not have it hanging in my closet unused.

@attackandresattack: Yes! Not all but some have a build in alarm that will go off if you try to open them like this. And it's hard to tell which ones have it and which ones don't. You can't tell by size or appearance - even very small ones can have it - so you better not apply this newly learned skill inside a shop... Oh and of course if you try to leave the store without removing them they will also set off the alarm - but that should be obvious...

@attackandresattack. no thats why thiefs are always trying to figure out how to do this........ i own a shop so what i do is that i use the new version of the ink tag and its made out of metal not plastic
