Actually you're wrong. Using the keys doesn't do anything to your movement flow if you just held down right and left mouse buttons

I think I would prefer smaller servers, no class-system, no lvl system, no highclass equip but more basic materials to craft different powerups!
And ofcause stronger death panelties including reverse "lvling".
I think there's no other way to have a real community without that!
I mean you can do nearly any crime without notificable consequences because you char won't loose lvl, skill,hp or what ever.
And finally ... ingame staff! People that create live events and something like a King!

yeah, i know what you mean, that sucks, but in the long run to play mmorpg its a waste of time even though when you've got a group and can't kill a boss and you try so different strategies to kill him, what is really awesome and challengeing your mind but you get the hours don't back.
it's better to replace mmorpgs for more productive things

Repeating the same sequences all the time :(
People are learning to play from forums/tutorials instead of being creative
and they are hunting for itrms that make their char look like 10000 other chars:(
There's nothing unique left in this kind of games ...

I'm doing mouse + keys! Using keys only fucks up your movement flow! What do I care ... I don't even noice wannabe's like you dying in my AEs :D
