@kylester816 just different excercises if u do the same thing over and over ull hit a wall because the muscel get used to it if u switch it up every 2 - 3 weeks it will keep ur muscels gessing

@SoyAussie only if the weight to high you wouldnt do then if u where trying to put mass on they ripe u up more than any thing

What can I do about overworking my traps on these shoulder workouts? My traps always get overworked and I don't get enough of a shoulder workout. What can I do?

scott, aren't shrugs better to do on back day???

basic blood and sweat delt -snatch grip push press-5x5,jerks-5x3snatch or clean grip shrugs-5x5.although i put shrugs on back day,its a personal choice.try it out as an alternate.
the bars always rub against my meat on shrugs..... =/
