First Church of God, Greeneville, TN Veterans' Celebration, Sunday, November 8, 2009, 10:00am. While the Worship Choir sings Jay Rouse and Camp Kirkland's arrangement of "God of Our Fathers", an individual representing each of the wars fought in recent American history stands on the stage. The song ends w/ a moving re-creation of the raising of the American Flag on Iwo Jima. Following the choral selection, the congregation joins the FCOG Choir and Band in Irving Berlin's "God Bless America". It was a great day.

  • I love the way the cross glows in the background.
