Nice vid. I don't have a vid camera, so I have to watch/save what other people take. Thx for sharing. I saw her arrive and leave town and did get pics, but vid brings her to life.

A very excellent video!! This one in particular makes me think of the ending credits to "Shining Time Station", where you'd see #844 pulling this very same train.

@trainsrgood4u Just behind the tender is an extra water car to extend the range of the engine. Also, sounds like the diesel was at idle or not running at all. No need for extra power with the 844 on that train unless used as a power car as you note.

Amazing vidoe. I know people who are UP Fans from Ontario Canada and they go west to see UP 844 every year at least once or twice. Where was the last 2 shots taken from and what Roads nand town or city? I know the ifrts spot as I have pics from my friends from Acher Hill of 844 from thsi past year in September en route to Railfest in North Platte, NE
