Dude there is no reason to be a total asshole about it. Geez. Youtube is filled with the most pretentious musicians I have ever seen. Mostly its because they can cower behind a computer screen. Anyways... Good job dude. Both with the mod and the song. Im actually going to mod my guitar with a kaoss pad this weekend. Its going into a red gibson les paul so it will probably come out looking alot like yours. Thanks for the visual. Hahaha! I was hoping it would look good and yours looks sweet!

That guitar rocks man. You should have played the riff during the chorus though man, it's a good riff to play. No disrespect to your playing of course, but I think it's better than just playing the power chords. I don't mean any disrespect at all, I was just saying. I've done a cover of this song in my band, and I sang lead vocals and played the riff at the same time for the chorus, it's easy.

@johnbirdo same, my band covers this song, I sing and play the rage against the machine-esque riff in the chorus as well. Its much more fun.

So before anymore ignorant comments flood this video, let me just say that I've played acoustic guitar only and just recently picked up an electric. I enjoy messing with wires and shit and liked the band muse so I built this damn thing. The modification on the guitar is done very well, and if you want a video of me just scratching at the pad all day I will gladly post one!
