Wolves are known to kill aslakan brown bears through cooperation and pack mentality. The brown bear in this video is one of the largest in the world. The Male bears here are 5 times the size of a male african lion. Replace Hyenas in Africa, with Grey wolves, that have mental toughness and the canine pack mentality. Packs of 80 grey wolfs. Lions would be killed off and go extinct pretty fast. Hyenas though they kill many lions, lack the mental toughness of canines, there closer related to cats then dogs, and mongooses then anything. Hyenas are extremely overrated, in the fact they lack the pack mentality, all for one, one for all. If hyenas had mental toughness and worked like a wolf pack an they number in the 60's to 80's. Goodbye lions. But evolution has it's way.

  • @Hammer1995able Actually Kodiak Brown Bears are the same exact species of bear as the inland grizzlys, its their diet that make the Kodiak so big. There are bears taht have been shot off the coast of Alaska NOT ON KODIAK that are every bit as big as some of the biggest Kodiak bears, just the Island of Kodiak has a higher population of big bears. And no Poloar bears can get bigger, the biggest Polar bear on record is bigger then the biggest North American Brown bear, though not much bigger.

  • @Hammer1995able Your the idiot not all bears in alaska are kodiak. in fact kodiaks only live on an island near alaska, Don't criticise other people intelligence when you don't know what your talking about.

  • @jerven200 actually it is scaring or even killing something 2 to 4 times bigger than you is impressive. I have nothing against lone hunting carnivores like bears or cats but in the long run who is more successful? the Pack hunting Hyena's and Wolves

  • @legocastle23 let him sail in his trippy world.... ofcourse a large pack can kill a bear even a gigantic kodiak, mostly its luck but the fact is that bear cant watch all of the wolves at once and now and then a wolf gets a lucky strike in the neck or the eyes and then its game over for the bear so yeah ur right now and then....

  • @Norwegian733 i still believe a large pack of wolves could scare and even kill an adult brown bear. maybe not a Gigantic Kodiak bear but normal grizzlies and average Brown bears are still within the grasp of Wolf predation.

  • @legocastle23 A pack of Wolves to take down that Brown Bear? Will not happen. They can only try that on cubs or small youngsters. But that Brown Bear has nothing to fear from a pack of 10- 15 Wolves. They know it and the Bear knows it.

  • Oh, and for your information, lions also live in groups of several individuals unlike bears, who are loners. Bottom line: you're a fucking idiot with your stupid and pathetic attempt to put lions down. But I'm not saying anything new. You already know what you are...

  • That's a funny theory you got there. Wolves have lived together with cougars for thousands of years and have not managed to affect their population the least bit. In fact a lone wolf will easily get its ass kicked by an equally sized cougar. Normally, they just avoid each other like lions and wild african dogs who ALSO work in large packs but are seriously afraid of lions.

You really should do some research before you go babbling like this.

  • @EvilStripedTiger you clown, alaskan bears ARE kodiac bear, did God not send you down with a brain?

they're SAME size as a polar bear, and their only real challenge ever would be the Siberian Tiger, Saltwater Crocodile or the Great White Shark.

  • @EvilStripedTiger Kodiak is the biggest Alaskan Brown Bear
