  • You're welcome Northwestern

  • true, kind of a double standard here at Michigan.

  • I don't want to argue with you, but all I'm saying is that in order to be considered a great player at Michigan, you ahve to beat Ohio State at least once, which Henne and Hart failed to do. Henne and Hart were really good players, but they can't be considered great players

  • I think Hart was cuz he (when healthy) did more than his share and could have beaten the Bucks with a better Coach, QB etc.

  • no no, Perry and Edwards put on a show in 2003, and so did Henson in 2000. Still sad that it's been that long but there've been a few good ones since Woodson.

  • In order to be a great player at Michigan, you ahve to play great against Ohio State, and you have to beat Ohio State. Thats what Woodson did: he played great against Ohio State and always beat the Buckeyes. On the other hand, Chad Henne and Mike Hart put up great stats, and sometimes they played well against Ohio State, but they enver beat the Buckeyes, so they can't be considered "great" players

  • Just saw the preview to "Perfect Effort" about De La Salle's 12 year winning streak. It looks like a pretty inspirational movie. Search for it on youtube or it's website perfecteffort (dot) com

  • Woodson owned the Buckeyes!

    1. 2 ints in 1995 (one sealing the win) UM 31 Previously Unbeaten OSU 23

    2. No tds allowed in 1996 at Columbus UM 13 Previously Unbeaten OSU 9

    3. 78 yd punt return td and drive killing int in 1997 still undefeated and soon to be national champs UM 20 OSU 14

    3-0

  • its kinda sad thats really the last time michigan has done something good against ohio state
