That's alot of truck ( weight) for one vxl. Does it get hot at all? Just curious. Cause I have a spare just sitting around. Thanks

does the e-maxx run well with the velieneon motor / esc ? im wanting to go brushless but i do not like that the castle mamba monster the esc is not waterproof.

please can you tell me what gearing are using? and what lipos brands, and C discharge, got them hot? ...on the past I destroyed lots of (bad) lipos brand.. finally i gonne to lifepo4..excellent but to bigs and heavys..sorry my english ... i think this speed is enought to enjoy an e maxx, bye!!

@TraxxasTuff however, the MM is overpowered and can be very costly between batteries & replacing driveline components. i can even get 2 vxl systems together cheaper than 1 MM, and that'd be just the right amount of power for an emaxx. MM=too much power, more fit for 1/8 or 1/5 scale; Dual vxl=just right for an emaxx (1/10). And need i mention the MM's achilles heel? WATER! Traxxas trucks can romp 24/7, RAIN or shine (my v-twin emaxx does it). Thats one thing the MM can't out do the VXL at.

@TraxxasTuff the vxl is waterproof out of the box =] but other then that the MMM is alot better lol

that did for me. so this rig now is runing on a single 8.4 nim pack with vxl, id say it did very well.

WHY????!!!!!!! The Mamba Monster will out do the VXL at everything! The VXL can handle 11.1V while the MMM can handle 25.2V Is that enough reason?
