@mediaboyz Really now? Apparently you haven't read the entire constitution, then. According to the fourteenth amendment, no state may create or enforce a law that limits the privileges of citizens. Citizens may only be deprived of said privileges if they break a law. It's not against the law to be gay and marriage is a privilege. Therefore, restricting that is unconstitutional...not to mention it's also just plain discrimination.

You can not "impose gay marriage on people." At least not in the context of this law. That would mean the government is forcing people to marry members of the same sex. It is legal to be a Christian in this country, that doesn't mean that the government is "imposing Christianity on non-Christians." This is not a very hard concept to understand. I find it shocking that anyone would buy into this ad.

@JadeHeartOfFire Lol you use "bigoted" like I'm against a particular nationality. To be against homo's isn't discriminatory. Races were around since time began, homos are somewhat newer. Although they do go back to the 1300's they sure as hell weren't the 1st humans on Earth. Additionally yes the government did plan 9/11, what terrorist group would stop at that? I only believe what I do because I want to save as many as I can before it's too late.

Of course you do realize the government doesn't think that way. They're allowing you to be homos for a reason. I haven't been to church in over a year, I never pray & I curse God's name all the time. However, even I must get on my knees & pray that He will please come down to earth & describe why any form of homosexuality is wrong. So now it turns out a GAY Judge was the one who overturned Prop 8.
Sounds like a huge conflict of interest to me! Corrupt to the core.
Don't be fooled the gay agenda is to destroy the family. They will legislate and force religious institutions to accommodate their beliefs. Separation of Church and State, but not from the voting booth!
