Notice guys, if you will, the form on the smith machine shoulder press. With R.R's back arched away from the seat back, it has actually become a upper chest exercise. (Not that anyone can argue with RR's shoulders!)

@sixaxis09 training shouldnt differ whether training for size or definition! you should always go heavy to tear those fibers down! anywhere around the 8-10 rep mark is good
