@mrjohnnyscarface In Final Cut Express 4 you lay the original video track on V1 and on V2 you lay the exact same track on. Now, for this video I simply used the blade tool to break the V2 into various segments for the different color corrections. To do the 50/50 split shown in this video, you go to the "motion" tab> crop. From the crop section you crop in left or right, or bottom, top. The finished result should be a 50/50 split.
