If a bill shall pass from this day forward that is found to be unconstitutional, those that shall have voted to pass such a bill, shall be Impeached without vote upon the finding of unconstitutionality.

"The US Constitution never made private property outside govt's reach" Really? 2nd Amdt: Protects right to gun OWNERSHIP. 3rd Amdt: Prevents Govt from using PRIVATE PROPERTY to quarter soldiers. 4th Amdt: Protects personal POSSESSIONS from siezure. You're confused about the 5th Amdt. You're juvenille interpretation of the "takings" clause is no substitute for the judicial protection of PROPERTY RIGHTS under the "due process" clause. You're all kinds of wrong.
